We MELT the grease, oil, and gum to remove it properly. Sure, it takes more work, time, and expense on my part; but, this is the only way to clean commercial concrete without damaging it.
BELOW is a local business which probably took the lowest bid and you can see the damage they did by blasting the gum (WE DISOLVE IT AWAY). You can actually follow the path they made in the damaged concrete. Although it's hard to see, but some of the holes are quite deep. They also did not properly clean the concrete (IT SHOULD LOOK NEW).
DON'T LET ANYONE BLAST YOUR CONCRETE OR STUCCO!!
ABOVE-Look at this business and how someone blasted the stucco on this building. Not only is it not clean-you can actually see the lines on the walls left by using excessive pressure. The stucco should have just needed a proper cleaning; but, it will now probably need repaired/replaced and painted.

DON'T let a lower bid cost you A LOT MORE money in repairs. We may not be the cheapest but WE DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!
